Have you ever wondered how that special chewy crust with a soft and delicious center is created? It may feel counter-intuitive but this is achieved through boiling the dough. This process sets the crust long before the interior is cooked. The longer the boil the thicker the crust. We have taken the time to perfect a soft and delicious taste with our healthy made delicious bagels. In fact we now offer a dozen varieties including our traditional line in a variety of flavors or skinny bagels for those health conscious individuals to our vegan friendly organic Papa’s Organic. Because the bagels are boiled they do not rise as much which helps to create a more dense robust flavor. We use the finest ingredients to help give the crust a distinct flavor.
